Rental Terms

Minimum Rental

Most items have a 1-day minimum rental period.

Security Deposit

Rental Tips

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular items and peak seasons. Last-minute bookings are often possible, but availability may be limited.

What if equipment is damaged during my rental?

We understand that film production can be demanding. Normal wear and tear is expected and included in rental rates. Any damage beyond normal use will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes! Our team includes experienced technicians who can provide guidance on equipment setup and operation. Technical support is available during business hours.

Can you also provide crew?

Yes, we are always happy to connect productions to local crew and have a roster of Redding based Directors, DP's, Camera Operators, Gaffers, Grips, Sound Operators, Art Directors, and PA's.

Can I extend my rental period?

Rental extensions are possible subject to availability. Contact us as soon as you know you need more time to avoid late fees and ensure continued availability.
